Tanishaa Mukerji calls her Big Boss experience Traumatic

 

Tanishaa Mukerji in her recent interview shares insight into her difficult experience while highlighting her Big Boss experience as “traumatic”. She stated that she lacked the proper understanding of emotional pressure and intense environment in the house. She opened up on difficulties she faced as she was totally unaware of how a reality show actually works and the level of drama, manipulation and constant public attention is involved.

 She also revealed that the makers of the show also suggested her to not watch the previous seasons which left her under prepared for such situations. She mentioned that many other contestants also dragged her family member names in the arguments with intention for publicity and screen time during the show. She particularly said that the reference of her sister Kajol and brother-in-law Ajay Devgn in the show impacted her deeply.

 Tanishaa than continued with her realization that how often her family discusses conflicts and arguments while emphasizing that she never wanted her personal family relations to become a part of any reality show. Moving further, she described her bond with Armaan Kohli during the season as a trauma bond created in a stressful environment, their relationship was one of the most discussed moments during the season.

The experience contributed significantly to change her personality and guarded her more. She then joined Khatron Ke Khiladi to gain experience in more positive reality show. Her statements again sparks discussions over the pressure and emotional distress that a contestant struggles with in reality shows.
