The advisory significantly focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI), technology policies and innovations which means that she will be now advising administration on matters related to technologies.

Bondi was removed from her earlier position of Attorney General in April 2026 and the reports suggested that criticism around handling the Epstein related documents and political pressure were the reasons behind her exit. But now when she has reappointed by Trump into influential advisory position reflect the administration’s trust in her.

Moreover, Bondi is surviving a health battle in recent times as the reports reveled that she underwent treatment and surgery for thyroid cancer. Her return to public life during this difficult time gained attention and while many political leaders wished her speedy recovery, social media also praised her while describing her return as strong personal and professional comeback.

The advisory council plays critical role in shaping government strategies on emerging technologies including Artificial technology which has become a major policy issue in United States of America. The council reportedly includes members from researchers and policy experts to business leaders.
