As the founder of Aditis Silver Bells School in Jodhpur, a boutique primary school with an enrollment of 200 students, she is committed to holistic education. Aditi aims to create an impact on both children and women. Through her Subconscious Reboot program, she is committed to bringing about meaningful and lasting change in the lives of individuals by helping them reprogram their subconscious minds, break limiting beliefs, and unlock their true potential.
Dr. Sravanthi Ellasiri – Founder and CEO of South Infra Heights Private Limited and BoxWish
Dr. Sravanthi Ellasiri, with experience of 6 years, first started her career when she was young by establishing her own consultancy company called BoxWish. She is a dental graduate, thus she faced many problems dealing with business. Soon, she overcame her challenges and established her own real estate company S.Infra Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Sravanthi's goals include the welfare of the nation since she wants to create new job opportunities through her companies.
Krishna Priyadarshan – Founder of Euphony Future Education Center
Krishna Priyadarshan is a great leader and an entrepreneur, who excelled in different fields of education and arts. Krishna is a true leader for she inspires and empowers others to do things that they believe are impossible. She is a multi-tasker as she is an artist, dancer, scriptwriter, choreographer, and educator. She opened the very first educational center in Dubai, Euphony Future Education Center LLC, with a focus on developing children's motor and intellectual skills. She is also the director of many short films, and scriptwriter, and a lyricist for 17 video songs and 5 poems. Krishna Priyadarshan is the epitome of hard work and resilience. She started as an educator and now acts as a child therapist, besides being a successful entrepreneur and filmmaker. Balancing education with the arts is no easy task, but Krishna Priya managed all of that without compromising on her profession.
L. Kavitha Nair – Educator
L.Kavitha Nair is an English Educator, who is a Professor and Head of the Department at SRMIST. As an educator, she has an experience of 25 years, including foreign Universities. For her teaching is more than her career, it is been a calling, it is her passion that was labored and allowed to mold her into every aspect of who she is. For Kavitha teaching has been a rewarding journey, and it has brought both professional success and personal satisfaction into her life. Her unconventional teaching methods are an inspiration to all the teachers. She looks forward to continuing this beautiful path, touching the lives of many students in progress as how her teachers and her family have touched hers.
Malini Chatterjee - Vice President and Head of Human Resources at VICAT
Malini Chatterjee has an experienced of 27 years, and currently, she is a vice president and head of human resources at VICAT India. She is a mechanical engineer who has transitioned into an HR leader. She first entered the mechanical engineering field in the mental and mining industry. So when she transitioned her career to HR leadership in the energy and cement sectors, she brought with her the resilience and determination that had defined her earlier career. Malini is known for her strategic, people-focused leadership. Her approach is beyond the traditional approach that is commonly used by people management. Malini’s HR initiative includes Reskilling and Upskilling, Competency Building, Succession Planning, Business Partnering, and People Development. Malini proves that HR is not just about managing employees, it’s about leading the organization into the future by building the skills, leadership, and culture that drive business success.
Shilpa Venkat - FOUNDER of WOW Women of Wonder Group and Marketing Manager at BAXY Mobility
Shilpa Venkat is brimming with creativity and constantly overflowing with ideas. When she moved to Mumbai her passion and drive led her to explore her independent ventures, starting with handmade jewelry and photography. To promote these, she launched WOW—Women of Wonder in 2015, an online community for women entrepreneurs and buyers. What began as a small initiative has since blossomed into a thriving platform, empowering women to connect, collaborate, and showcase their talents. This journey has not only fueled her entrepreneurial spirit but also strengthened her belief in the power of community and creativity. Now she is a marketing manager at BAXY, where is applies her entrepreneurial skills in a corporate setting, marking a new chapter in her professional journey. Shilpa’s next goal is to empower more women to embrace independence, take charge of their lives, and realize their true potential. She has several exciting initiatives in the pipeline, all aimed at helping women grow, build businesses, and support each other.

Sushmita Nanivadekar comes from an educational background in electronics engineering and has of 25 years. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2010 as the Founder and CEO of Gyany Customer Solutions, which is a Branding Agency that specializes in designing for MSMEs, startups, and corporates. Sushmita’s vision is to expand her platform globally using advanced technologies, Sushmita wants to grow using advanced technology, and she aims to serve millions of users. Her goal is to help businesses strengthen their digital presence, enabling entrepreneurs worldwide to effectively brand themselves and grow globally.
