Karuppu reveals Trisha Krishnan as bold Preethi in first look

The makers of Karuppu have officially released the first look of Trisha Krishnan’s character in the movie. The reveal came in the form of short introduction video and Trisha’s character named as “Preethi” was confirmed. While titled as South Queen Trisha, she was positioned as the major part of the film.

She is portraying the role of lawyer and the visuals reflected her as a confident and composed personality. The first glimpse of the film appeared with stylistic elements like the brief dance sequence along with strong background music and cinematic tone. The video instead of just emphasizing on glamour focused on elegance as well as authority.

As the release is scheduled for 14 May 2026 Trisha will be seen alongside Suriya and other Karuppu stars. While directed by RJ Balaji, the film setting includes action-fantasy drama & a world dealing with injustice and chaos.

The fans are excited for the release as the director stated that Trisha’s role is far more than just a typical heroine part and is actually challenging.
