As a seasoned marketing professional with nearly two decades of experience, who believes identity has never been something to dilute rather it is something to honour. She is currently the Marketing Head of Indian Multinational , Jutikaa’s journey extends far beyond boardrooms and campaigns.
A proud Assamese woman based in Mumbai, a mother of two, and a committed community leader, she has quietly built a life where professional excellence and social responsibility walk hand in hand.

Her introduction to leadership did not come from titles alone, but from lived values. Growing up in Assam, she watched her father, Late Giridhar Mahanta, dedicate his life to the welfare of the community. That spirit of service became part of her inheritance. “After becoming a mother,” she shares, “I chose to step away from my established media career to focus on raising my child. I truly believe that nurturing confident, compassionate children is one of the greatest contributions one can make towards nation-building.”

Personal Insight: Where Roots Shape Responsibility

Raised by a strong mother who balanced four children with resilience and grace, She puts herself as a mother and a community contributor before any professional designation. In early life she learned importance of honesty, kindness and integrity. These values led her compass as she moved from Sonapur, a small town in Assam to Pune for higher education, and eventually to Mumbai. This transition marked a turning point in her life, Exposure to diverse perspectives widened her worldview to build her own identity while staying deeply connected to her roots. Today, she is settled in Mumbai with her husband and children, and supported by her sisters who also call the city home, Jutikaa has created an ecosystem that allows growth without disconnection.

The pain deepened when she saw similar experiences touch her children, despite them being born and raised in Mumbai. As a mother, this was heartbreaking but it also strengthened her commitment to awareness and inclusion. Achievements That Matter Most
