Ekta Kumar Ghakar is a visionary entrepreneur from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, who turned her passion into a thriving career. Ekta is a fashion designer and makeup artist, with 4 years of experience. She is specialized in makeup and has done makeup for various brides. She faces lots of challenges and backlash from her family, but she stays strong as she wants to do something on her own. She completed her makeup course at Orane International Academy. Now, Ekta is the owner of a makeup studio.

Ekta's role model is her mother, she added “My role model was my mother since childhood i have been inspired watching her do such hard work and I always wanted to start a business and be independent”.

Ekta faces many difficulties in handling both business and her housework. She recalls “Yes, many difficulties hit me but when have to do something from the bottom of your heart you do and that's what I did following my dreams”. She opens her academy for those who can't afford expensive fees and classes. Ekta says “Teaching young students who want to follow their dream is always worth it . For a teacher their students' dream is always their dream to fulfill”.

Ekta’s journey was not an easy one, she faced many challenges like rejection from society, people kept saying negative and tried to demotivate her when she was opening her boutique. Still, she stays focused on opening her studio and her institute to train the people.
