Teaching with Purpose: Dr. Manne's Impact on Students

 

Introduction:

Dr Manne Shobha Rani is an assistant professor of English at the Government Degree College in Rajanna Sircilla. She has over 13 years of experience as assistant professor of English in these years she embodies passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to shaping young minds. She is inspired by her father, who would like to do service as an educationist to improve students’ lives. 

Like all the other teachers Dr. Manne is also scared at first, she remembered “Really for the first time of entering the service I was worried that am a failure”. Still, she overcome her fear with her willpower and move forward in her career. She learned and studied a lot, and struggled to become a successful teacher. Soon students started loving her classes and attended her classes with a lot of concentration, she believes this is the turning point in her career and a step forward in becoming a successful teacher. 

Challenges and Achievements:

Dr. Manne's biggest challenge is to become a successful teacher, whom students admire and get inspired by. When she first entered the field of education she feared failure, still her willpower and optimistic attitude, helped her become a successful teacher.

Talking about her most important and greatest achievement is the satisfaction and respect she earned from her students. For Dr. Manne teaching is not about accolades or recognition but about the impact she has on her students' lives. For her dedication to the education field, she was recognized by She Inspire Magazine.

Personal Insights:

Balancing personal and professional lives is not an easy task, still, Dr. Manne does this task effortlessly by giving equal importance to both personal and professional life. 

She did all these tasks by following her core values like maintaining discipline. She completes the syllabus on time and makes students understand her teaching. In students’ personal lives too she wants to make them understand moral values.

Impact and Vision:

Dr. Manne believes that education is a powerful tool, and this belief is reflected in her vision for the education sector in India. She wants to make her students as educated as she, is and encourage them so that they can grow and lead their lives in the world.

Dr. Manne believes one should have skills for their development like listening skills,  speaking skills,  reading skills, and writing skills are important. These skills are also important if one has to build a career in the education field. Apart from these basic skills, an educator should also have skills like communication skills, leadership skills,  and presentation skills are crucial for success.

Conclusion:

Dr. Manne’s journey is an inspiring journey, of the transformative power of education and perseverance. Her advice to young women aspiring to pursue careers in education is simple “Stand on your own, lead your life without depending on others, through Education.”
