Born on 10 December 2004 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, this young woman has, in the span of just few years, transformed from a curious teenager with a dream into nationally recognised face, an internationally acclaimed pageant queen, and now a Bollywood and Tollywood debutante. Her story is one of relentless hustle, quiet confidence, and staunch belief in herself.

The early spark: Ahmedabad roots

Rhea Singha grew up in Ahmedabad in a supportive household led by her parents, Brijesh Singha and Rita Singha. From an early age she was drawn to the arts- performing, presenting, and connecting with audiences. This passion steered her toward pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from GLS University in Ahmedabad, where she would later be honored as the Ambassador at large- a proof to how deeply she has given back to the institution that shaped her.

Her journey into the world of pageantry began at the age of 16 when she won the title of Diva’s Miss Teen Gujarat 2020.

Building a Pageant Resume: step by step

What sets Rhea apart from her peers is her systematic and patient approach to building her career. She climbed methodically, learning from each platform she entered.

In 2023, she represented India at the Teen Universe 2023 pageant in Madrid, where she stood out among 25 international contestants and finished in the top six- also claiming the title of “Miss Interview” for her articulate and confident responses. Later that same year, she was the runner-up at the prestigious Joy Times Fresh Face Season 14 in Mumbai, competing against 19 finalists. She also won the title of Teen Earth 2023, becoming the first Indian to claim that crown.

These weren’t just titles- they were apprenticeships. Each pageant taught her a new skill, refined her stage presence, and helped her understand what it truly means to represent not just herself, but a community and a country.

The Crown Moment: Miss Universe India 2024

On September 2024, at a glittering ceremony held at Zee studios in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Rhea Singha was crowned Miss Universe India 2024- the first winner under newly formed Glamanand Group that now organizes the franchise in India. she triumphed over 51 finalists in a high-stakes competition that included rounds in swimwear, evening gowns, cultural costume, and a critical question- and – answer round.

On the night, she dazzled in a shimmering peach – golden gown during her final walk. Her costume round entry- a red, and yellow outfit featuring a ‘Golden Bird’ symbolizes India’s prosperity and weather before British rule. She also won the Miss Glamorous subtitle award at the pageant.

As Miss Universe India, she toured Vietnam and several Indian cities alongside Miss Universe 2024 winner Victoria Kjaer Theilvig, including a memorable visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra. In November 2024, Rhea represented India at the Miss Universe 2024 global pageant held in Mexico City, where she reached the top 30- a strong showing for India on the international stage.

She is also a committed fitness enthusiast who advocates for a compassionate, health-conscious lifestyle, and has been vocal about making mindful food choices. A budding fashion designer, she blends traditional Indian aesthetics with contemporary global sensibilities – reflecting her personality perfectly.

Debut in Movies

In 2026, Rhea Singha has taken a bold and exciting new leap- into the world of cinema. She made her Tollywood debut in the Telugu comedy action film Jetlee was released in 1 May 2026. Presented by Mythri Movie Makers under the clap entertainment banner directed by Ritesh Rana. The film star Satya in in the lead role with Rhea playing Agent Shivani Roy – a sharp action-oriented character at the heart of the story.

The film, blends high-octane action with sharp comedy. Critics noted that Rhea delivered a descent debut performance, holding her own alongside seasoned Telugu comedy stars like Satya and Vennela Kishore. Her entry into acting shows that she is determined to build multi- dimensional career in entertainment.
