Under the mentorship and guidance of Maulana Hakimuddin Qashmi Sahab, and under the responsibility and authority granted to her, Rahima Ma'am has evolved into an integral part of the academic and institutional growth of the school. Her journey in the field of education, particularly within the school, has allowed her to grow as a leader and visionary over the years. As Educational Director of the institution, she continues to guide and support the school with her vision and commitment.

As an educational hub, the school and college offer education from level until higher secondary, with additional teacher education services through its Mahila PTC College.
