From 3,000 to Empowering More Than 300 Women

One Woman, Many Responsibilities, and a Journey of Moving Forward Without Giving Up on Her Dreams
“My beginning was small, my responsibilities were big—but my dream was even bigger.”
Some journeys are not defined by numbers of success. They are defined by the moments when a person has countless reasons to turn back, yet chooses to keep moving forward.
The story of Rinkal Kapadiya is one such journey.
From a young age, Rinkal always dreamed of doing something of her own and building an identity for herself. Her journey began with an ordinary job, where her first salary was just ?3,000 per month. But those ?3,000 were never a small amount to her—they were the first step towards building the life she had dreamed of.

A Small Beginning, but a Strong Desire to Learn

Rinkal never allowed her humble beginnings to become her limitation.
While working, she kept learning new things, exploring different fields, and gradually expanding her professional experience.
From products and gifting to wedding-related products and eventually wedding décor, every experience became a foundation for the next chapter of her journey.
For her, every job was not just a means of earning money; it was an opportunity to learn something new.
And through this continuous process of learning came a bigger dream—Mamma Mall.

When Motherhood Arrived Alongside the Dream

Preparations were underway for the opening of Mamma Mall. Years of Rinkal’s hard work were finally about to take shape.
But at the same time, another major chapter of her life was beginning—motherhood.
Rinkal was pregnant.
On one side was the responsibility of building her business, and on the other was the anticipation of welcoming her child. But life presented her with an even greater challenge.
Her baby was born prematurely, in the eighth month of pregnancy.
There was a newborn to care for, a family to look after, and the anxiety that naturally comes with a premature baby. At the same time, there was the responsibility of opening Mamma Mall.
During this period, people around her naturally said things like:
“Now give your time to the baby.”
“You can start the business later.”
“It will be difficult to manage everything together.” The challenge was real.
But Rinkal chose not to give up on her dream.
She did not compromise on motherhood, nor did she abandon her business. She learned to organise her responsibilities according to the situation, seek support whenever necessary, and find a balance between both roles.
Perhaps this was the most human—and the most challenging—chapter of her journey.

Becoming a Mother Doesn’t Mean Your Dreams Have to Stop

Today, Rinkal is a mother of two—a four-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.
Alongside them is Mamma Mall. There is a team, customers, a home, responsibilities, and dreams that are still very much alive.
Balancing all of this is not easy.
But Rinkal’s journey highlights an important truth: you don’t always have to wait for life to become easy before moving forward. Sometimes, you have to find your own path forward even in the middle of difficult circumstances.

One Woman’s Dream Became an Opportunity for Many Women

A journey that began with ?3,000 is now connected with the lives of more than 300 women.
This number represents more than business growth. It represents a transformation—where the dream of one woman to build an identity of her own has now created opportunities for other women to work, grow, and move forward.
There was a time when Rinkal was searching for her own path.
Today, many women are walking forward on their own paths alongside her.
“What Will People Say?” — Perhaps the Biggest Obstacle
When women think about starting something of their own, one question often comes to mind:
“What will people say?”
Rinkal’s answer is simple.
People will talk when you begin.
They will talk when you struggle.
And they will talk even after you succeed.
So why should their opinions decide the direction of your life?
Instead of comparing your beginning with someone else’s success, compare yourself with who you were yesterday.
Start with what you have.
Start from where you are.
And keep learning, improving, and moving forward along the way.

This Isn’t a Success Story… The Journey Is Still Going

A first salary of ?3,000. Small business ventures. Wedding décor. Mamma Mall. Pregnancy. A premature baby. Motherhood. And today, a growing business connected with more than 300 women.
When you look back at all of this, the journey may seem like a success story.
But for Rinkal, this is not the end.

There is still so much to learn.
There are still new challenges.
And there are still new dreams.
Perhaps that is what makes her journey even more meaningful.
Because instead of treating success as the final destination, she sees it as another step towards the journey ahead.
From a small beginning to creating her own identity.
From creating her own identity to creating opportunities for hundreds of women.
And from one dream to a journey that continues to move forward.
Rinkal Kapadiya’s story reminds us that what matters is not how small your beginning is, but how strongly you believe in taking it forward.
