She was drawn to education and entrepreneurship by her passion for learning and desire to empower others. Influential teachers and personal experiences solidified her commitment. Introduction:
SarithaKishan Chintala, CEO of SK Educational Society and Principal of Sanskriti Global Preschool. She has more than 20 years of experience in the education field and has been instrumental in establishing Sanskriti Global Preschool, Bachupally. Saritha draws inspiration from highly educated individuals who have achieved success in their fields. Seeing their accomplishments and dedication motivates her to strive for excellence and pursue her own goals with passion and perseverance. Saritha fascination with teaching began when she was still in school, where she tutored weaker students and discovered the rewards of helping others learn. This early experience sparked a lifelong passion for education in SarithaKishan's mind.
There were many turning points and key milestones Saritha achieved during her journey, but establishing her own school was the biggest milestone, she achieved in her career journey. Her other milestones include tutoring weak students while in school, graduating and marrying an NRI software professional, pursuing an M.A. in English and a B.Ed. Degrees, and taught in overseas schools.
Challenges and Achievements:
Saritha’s career journey as a principal and CEO is full of challenges, such as she has to balance work and family life by managing responsibilities as a working mother, and pursuing higher education while raising a family. Juggling between studies, work, and family obligations, overcoming administrative, financial, and operational hurdles, balancing teaching and administrative responsibilities by managing dual roles as an educator and school leader, relocating and adapting to new cultures, adjusting to life overseas, and then returning to India, moreover overcoming financial hurdles to establish and grow the school.
Saritha won many awards and recognition for her work including a certificate in Bhagavad Gita Slokas, recognizing expertise in ancient Indian scripture, a prize winner at Bharatotsav, Kerala, honoring outstanding contributions to Indian culture, Best Teacher Award, Overseas, presented by the Headmaster for exceptional teaching skills, and Best Principal Award, acknowledging leadership and administrative excellence.
Despite these prestigious awards, according to Saritha, her most significant achievements include establishing and managed own school, providing quality education to numerous students, developing and implementing effective teaching methodologies, resulting in improved student outcomes, pursuing higher education (M.A. English and B.Ed.) while managing family responsibilities, successfully taught English language and literature to diverse student populations overseas and in India, led school operations, ensuring efficient administration and academic excellence and increased school enrollment through effective marketing and outreach.

Saritha maintains a balance between her career and personal life by designating work hours and personal time, learning to say "no": Politely declining non-essential work requests, practicing relaxation techniques by doing meditation and mindfulness and engaging in activities that bring joy.

Talking about Saritha’s current initiative for the betterment of her students, she wants to create innovative lesson plans and curriculum updates, design and deliver professional development workshops, implement technology to enhance teaching and learning, upgrade school facilities and infrastructure, plan and execute school expansion plans, exploring innovative education technology solutions, and supporting education-related charitable causes.
Saritha’s future goals include increasing student enrollment and establishing new campuses, establishing a chain of schools, pursuing doctoral studies, publishing books, speaking at conferences, and influencing education policy.
