Dr. Sravanthi Ellasiri: From Dentistry to Business Mastery
Dr. Sravanthi Ellasiri is the founder of Boxwish and S Infra Heights Pvt. Ltd. She always wanted to do something of her own. Her passion for communication and marketing led her to establish successful ventures in business consultancy and real estate. Since she is from an academic family she went to dental college. Upon her graduation, she started her own Business Developing Company Boxwish. This article delves into her life, and what motivates her to choose this field.
Introduction:
Dr.Sravanthi Ellasiri is a dentist who turned into an entrepreneur with two successfully running businesses Boxwish and S Infra Heights Pvt. Ltd. She started Boxwish in 2017, her business developing consultancy, just after her graduation. Lately, this year she started her own company in real estate S infra Heights Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad.
Dr.Sravanthi completed her dentistry at G Pulla Reddy Dental College in Kurnool. During her graduation, she took time to explore her career options, so she joined as Business Development Manager at Vyasa Overseas Consultants. She believes she can do marketing and business consultation and can handle things, so she shifted her career from a doctor to a business consultant.
Dr. Sravanthi's mother is a role model for her. She is an independent and working woman. Dr. Sravanthi grew up seeing her mother and how capable she was of letting the family and giving her and her sibling a greater life.
Talking about her turning points when her corporate company has evolved with great medical innovation technologies types and has worked with all kinds of sectors of businesses starting from medical innovation to food processing units and including, worked with lots of technology-oriented companies, she has very good clients who are on board with her when she dealing with Boxwish and coming to real estate sector now it's one of the leading and emerging real estate company S. Infra Heights Pvt. Ltd. in Telangana where she deals with the investment portfolios.
Challenges and Achievements:
Coming from an academic background, when she decided to go into the marketing field , the biggest challenge for her is to adapt to the business terminologies since she is a dental graduate. But she learns from her day-to-day activities. Slowly, she evolved and polished like a very business-oriented woman by learning the experiences, of dealing with clients and the businesses that she has done. It's always tough for her to adapt to the newest innovations and business terminologies and everything. But she keeps learning.
At the start of her business, people hesitate to trust her due to her medical background. Soon, after UK-based company contacted her for their promotion. From this, her company started to go uphill and got major projects in the medical field.
She also won various national and state awards as well. She was honored with the Women of Inspiration Award, by the Ministry of Women and Child Development. She is also the recipient of Her Excellency Award, by the Government of Telangana and Best Emerging Entrepreneur, by Innovexia International. She is also awarded as the Youth Icon of Telangana. In 2023, she received Visionary Growth Strategist. For her company S Infra Heights Pvt. Ltd., she received a Budding Real Estate Women Entrepreneur. Dr. Sravanthi also receives Women Entrepreneur Of The Year, Best Outstanding Entrepreneur, and Wonder Book Of Records.
Personal Insights:
When talking about what motivates her, she said she only do comparison with herself. She started her journey with no experience. So, whenever she feels low, she sees how she started her journey and that keeps her motivated. She added that’s why she always compares “Me versus Me”. Other things that keep her motivated are, that she has to be number 1 and she wants to prove herself to society and the world.
Talking about her work-life balance, she never mixes her personal and professional life. She said it is tough for her to maintain this balance, as an entrepreneur she doesn’t do nine to five jobs and it is always difficult for her to be on time for any family meeting. But since she has great family support, she can balance both.
She also added that it is a great thing to take time off from work and to spend some time alone or with a family so that new ideas for business can come. She added, “Yes, definitely one should have their personal space to rejuvenate, to rethink, to reboot”. She also, said that alone time is important for one so that new thoughts can come to apply to their business.
Impact and Vision:
Dr. Sravanthi is a great leader and a great entrepreneur too. She always encourages other people's ideas and thoughts. As a leader, she keeps open her mind to any ideas and encourages other people to become entrepreneurs as well. She is a very open-minded person, and she discusses ideas with her competitors and does things collaboratively.
S Infra Heights Pvt. Ltd. Is an emerging real estate company in Telangana. So Dr.Sravanthi is planning to come to the construction line too and they deal with the Ultra Luxurious Investment options.
Apart from her company she wants to join politics too and become a politician. She wants to create more job opportunities through politics and establish her group of companies.

Dr.Sravanthi is a great entrepreneur, her journey from a dentist to becoming one of the most popular businesswoman is inspiring, and a result of her hard work and never-give-up attitude. She said, “Always take a chance, always take a step towards what you want to do, what you want to achieve”.
She encouraged many young women and said “Don't think what society will think, what our family will think, what the community will think. If you want to do something, just try it even if you fall also it will be an experience, but never give up on anything”. She also added that if you have with great mindset and great determination, definitely all the five elements of nature will support you. Dr. Sravanthi says to give it a try even if you fail a thousand times. But it will be a learning experience with experience matters rather than failing or rather than succeeding. Experience matters a lot.
At last, she added “So definitely if you want to do something, kindly take a step and financial independence will always drive you to greater heights. So try to be financially independent and just, go for it. Listen to your heart, listen to your mind, listen to whatever you want to deliver to society by your vision. Just do it”.
