  • Prioritizing and Setting Boundaries: Clear prioritization of tasks and setting firm boundaries between work and personal time are essential. She ensures that her work commitments do not encroach upon her time, allowing her to be fully present in both areas.
  • Delegation and Teamwork: Delegating tasks and relying on a capable team are important aspects of maintaining balance. She trusts her team to handle responsibilities allows her to focus on strategic decisions and also provides her with the flexibility to attend to personal matters when needed.
  • Quality Time with Family: She and her husband are the Directors of their company. Hence working in the same office gives them a little time to be with each other. However, it has its cons too as they end up mostly talking about work, but they make sure that they find that quality time (around 1-2 hours) to spend with each other wherein they do not entertain “work chats” or “work phone calls”.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are crucial in managing the dynamic demands of both work and personal life especially for women. The very nature of adapting to strange situations and being flexible and understanding makes it easy for her to balance.
