At first she began her professional journey began with core HR roles and gradually expanded into Talent Acquisition, Corporate Training, and Campus Placements. Each role added a new layer of understanding about organisational needs, hiring dynamics, and the gaps that often exist between education and employability.

Parallelly, she led talent acquisition initiatives across industries handling HR, sales, technical, non-IT, and frontline hiring at scale. Her ability to design HR policies, performance management systems, KRAs, and KPIs strengthened organisational frameworks in both startups and established firms. Through each transition, one value remained constant: leadership rooted in humility and growth.
