Infosys Rolls Out? 7.5 Lakh Bonus Scheme to Boost Women Hiring

Infosys has provided a fresh impetus to its "Restart with Infosys" initiative, looking to open up additional Infosys career opportunities for women willing to come back to work after taking time off. For most women, taking time out from work due to personal or family obligations typically makes it difficult to start again. This move is intended to fill that gap and help them find the proper platform to get back again with confidence.

The organization has launched a robust Infosys reward program to engage its own workers in this endeavor. Employees can earn bonuses of ?10,000 to ?50,000 by referring eligible women candidates. Eligible women professionals who have two years of prior work experience and six months or more of career gap are invited to apply. This not only broadens the talent pool but also ensures women get substantive opportunities to return to mid-level positions. Industry observers note that such moves mark an increasing emphasis on women in tech rewards.

Increasingly, organizations are linking employee engagement with diversity and inclusion objectives, making workplaces more balanced. Here, Infosys is also targeting an important segment mid-level and where women are likely to decrease due to career break.

For employees, it is more than financial advantages. It enables them to become a part of creating a workplace that is inclusive in nature. To women, it is a strong message: career break does not determine their future. With women professional’s jobs in India being a priority in all industries, Infosys is spearheading the way to demonstrate how businesses can develop a win-win system for returnees and employees. With this initiative, Infosys brings forth the fact that re-entry into the corporate sector can be more comfortable, equitable, and full of new possibilities for women professionals.
