Miss G.Shinebeth is a perfect example of leadership and dedication worker in medical staff. She believes that a good nursing staff should have Technical skills, Understand the needs of patients, and have organizational vision mission, and knowledge.
Introduction:
Miss G.Shinebeth, born on 3/6/1968. She did her schooling from Kirathoor, and Ezhudesapattu, Kanchampuram. Afterward, she went to St.Francis HSS Vavarai. After completing her schooling she went to HMH Mysore to study Registered Nurse and Midwife. After that she went to Chennai and studied Lead Audit, Medical Coding, NABH. She also completed Indian accademy of Training and development (IATD).
Born and raised in the tranquil village of Kirathoor, Kanyakumari District, Shinebeth's foray into healthcare was inspired by the altruistic tales of the Good Samaritan and the selfless service of her parents and elder sister. This early influence ignited a passion for nursing that saw her embark on a remarkable career path.
Shinebeth started her journey through the clinical pathway as a Junior level Staff Nurse. This route involves gaining extensive experience, higher job satisfaction as a bedside nurse, developed clinical expertise &progressively took on leadership responsibilities, at various levels. Unit Incharge-Supervisor, Assistant Nsg Superintendent, Client Manager, Ambassador , Nsg Superintendent, and NABH Coordinator level.
Talking about her key milestones she creates a culture of shared values that focus on putting the patient first. She is also an expert in problem-solving, she recognizes the problem and finds the solution.
She dedicated her life to patient services and contributing to setting up NABH standards.
Challenges and Achievements:
As a clinical staff Excellent patient satisfaction. and as a leader positive changes around her lead to patient satisfaction and happiness. She also helps in team empowerment makes a big difference in a workplace environment by improving Clinical standards and practices and helps the patient safe.
She was awarded with Mother Teresa Award in 2022 for implementing patient safety standards and other contributions to society.
Shinebeth also faces some challenges including a language barrier, Personal and professional challenges. Still, her principles guide her through these difficult times, her principles include Dedication and commitment to her work. As a clinical staff, she is an empathetic person toward her patients.

As a nursing staff, you should be on your toes, so after having such a hectic career she finds peace in Visiting Family friends, and relatives, Learning a New Language, Helping the needy, and Reading.

If given a chance she wants to contribute to the betterment of implementing standards of practices in every Health care setup including small healthcare clinics. She also wants to investigate Medical negligence and malpractices, especially in Health care. She also wants to help analysis of the current challenges and opportunities in the health sector.
Her advice to young women who want to pursue a career in nursing is to believe in yourself and take care of the safety of you as well as your patients and organization. Always seek advice from Physicians and Other health care experts. Invest in yourself by applying maximum skill to reach your goal. Always be willing to learn and accept your own mistakes and learn from them. Always maintain Discipline and professional standards of practice.
