Dr. Roopali Bajaj was an entrepreneur turned into an academician. She was featured in the Women's special edition of Dainik Bhaskar for the youngest woman entrepreneur in the year 1995 for establishing and running oil paints and allied Industries on her own.

In the academic field also she published many research papers and one book available on Amzon and was empaneled at various Institutes and organizations as an expert. She was also an expert on various boards of Media like ZEE TV, All India Radio, Radio Mirchi, Dainik Bhaskar newspaper, Newsbytes website, career 360, and Ojas magazine for various career counseling and related sessions. 

Dr. Roopali Bajaj, currently the Head of the MBA Department at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Bhopal, is a distinguished academician with a career spanning over three decades. Dr. Bajaj's journey in the field of education is as inspiring as it is multifaceted. Her initial career as an entrepreneur laid the groundwork for her eventual pivot to academia, driven by a blend of personal circumstances and an enduring passion for education.

Introduction:

Dr. Roopali Bajaj completed her graduation in Engineering in Industrial & production engineering from a premier college of Madhya Pradesh named SGSITS Indore in the year 1993. Then she started her career as an entrepreneur in oil paints and allied products and was looking after the production of oil paints, surfacers, and primers at Indore. 

During her journey as a Production Manager in the Industry, she learned to prepare many new products and she was blessed as her father who has now left for an immortal journey was looking after finance and her brother who is still a guiding star to her, was looking after marketing did very well and got wonderful production orders from premium organizations in Madhya Pradesh. This was a great learning and was quite challenging and after her marriage she settled at Bhopal and started her new journey in the field of academics.

Challenges and Achievements:

Like any other person, Dr. Roopali Bajaj also faces some common challenges like financial aids from government and lack of research and development facilities.Any person can easily be demotivated by these, but instead she faces these challenges with a positive attitude and confidence, and came back stronger as a person.

Dr. Roopali Bajaj got a “URJSIVITA AWARD” in the education category for contributing and excelling in education from Ms. Usha Thakur, Hon'ble Minister for Art Culture and Tourism on 16th March 2021. 

She also got an opportunity to present MBA education challenges before Hon'ble Governor Mrs Anandi Ben and discuss improvements in the curriculum with corporate and academic teams which was later circulated to all VCs of State govt and Private Universities and colleges for implementation routed through The Higher education channel.

She was also recognized as one of the contributors in academics by a premium social Swayam Siddha Group. It gives recognition to women who give their best contribution in their respective fields.

Balancing a demanding career with a personal life is no small feat, yet Dr. Bajaj manages it with remarkable adeptness.
