Dr.Swarupa Chakraborty: A Beacon of Resilience and Vision in Education

Introduction:

Dr. Swarupa Chakraborty, currently working as a principal at Sundarban Anilkrishna Mahavidyalaya, a B.ED college that is currently running 24 programmes. She is a hardworking woman, and as a result, she has multiple higher education degrees and knowledge about her education field and also the administrative field. She is interested in various extracurricular activities like singing, dancing, and art. She also has a professional degree like a vocational training course. She currently lives in Nadia District, Krishnanagar city.

Dr. Swarupa passed her school from National Institue of Open Schooling, and she completed her 12th from National Institute of Open School and BA and MA from Chattarpati Shahuji Maharaja University Kanpur. She also did her MA in a different field from Kalyani University. Apart from MA, she did her PhD from Sunrise University, Alwar. The turning point occurred after she completed her PhD and got appointed as principal.

Challenges and Achievements:

Dr.Swarupa has also faced hurdles in her educational journey. The most challenging part was when her father died, when she was only in 10th class, he died in a duty accident, and her family members were destroyed by this incident, but she managed to pull through and continue her education journey. 

Talking about her significant achievements, she feels that completing a P.HD degree after facing a lot of challenges she faced during that period, is the most important achievement of her life. Others include the Pride Bharat Award and Research Excellence Award. 

Personal Insights:

As a principal, she has to be present in college, but equally, she has to be present in her personal life. But she balances her career and professional life very smoothly. She has maintained her home very nicely and parallely she also maintains her professional life according to her capacity.

Impact and Vision:

She has done many planning and programs to make it successful and she tries to discuss many problems regarding different fields like education, and career counseling problem and find a solution to overcome them.

Dr. Swarupa is currently working in the field of student grooming, how to groom students according to their personal and academic field. She has also started her academic institution, like spoken English courses, various skill development, and various vocational courses.

Dr.Swarupa wants to work in the educational field, her dream project is to open an English Medium School. She wants to do business in various fields like E-Commerce business.

Conclusion:

Dr. Swarupa’s parent always taught her to behave with others nicely, how to talk to others, and also taught her to always pay respect to her senior members, friends, and colleagues. As an Indian, she tries to keep her Indian Values. Dr. Swarupa Chakraborty's journey is a compelling narrative of resilience, dedication, and visionary leadership.
