After graduating from CCS University, she completed her DNB at St.Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi, and later pursued advanced training in minimal access surgery at the World Laparoscopy Hospital, Gurugram. As time went by , she has worked at some of the country’s most respected medical institutions—AIIMS Delhi, LNJP, MAMC, and SDDMASC gaining medical expertise while remaining deeply committed to ethical medical practice. Coming from an environment where women’s education was not always encouraged, Dr. Sharma faced resistance, limited mentorship, and the pressure of balancing professional and personal. Working in high-risk medical settings added another layer of emotional responsibility. Over time, these experiences shaped her approach to medicine.
