The purchase of tickets and/or tables or PR Package or Event Nomination for and entry into the Event is subject to the following terms and conditions and by submitting a nomination form, payment or attending the Event you agree that:

  1. Nominations can be submitted ONLY ONLINE.
  2. Entries received by Post or Courier will not be accepted.
  3. Any nominees can fill out multiple nomination forms for one or more categories.
  4. The applicant/nominee can be contacted over mobile for validation of supplied data.
  5. Any false information submitted in the nomination form will lead to immediate and permanent disqualification – of the nominee. The nomination form along with other relevant documents will be accepted in English only.
  6. The management has the exclusive rights to reclassify the nomination forms and award categories.
  7. You will carefully check the Confirmation on mail and notify Hypedge of any mistakes as soon as possible. You understand that mistakes cannot always be rectified on the day.
  8. HYPEDGE MEDIA reserves its rights to extend, reschedule, cancel, and alter the venue, date, and time and the chief guests/ distinguished guests of the event/conference as per the real situation, for any such reasons and exigencies which are not controllable at the hands of the company.
  9. Upon final selection, the nominees will be required to pay a nomination fee. The fee so charged by the company is for the branding/ marketing/ sponsorship services which will be provided by the company to all the final awardees along with the awards, as mentioned in their confirmation mail.
  10. The Fee is non-refundable and you are liable for the full fee, except in the event of cancellation of the Event by Hypedge. In the event of rescheduling, the nomination can be transferred to any of the other editions of the same event. In the event of such cancellation or rescheduling, Hypedge will only refund a maximum of the Fee paid. Hypedge shall not be liable for consequential losses you suffer as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to, accommodation costs or travel expenses. Hypedge will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of any cancellation or rescheduling but Hypedge does not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date of the Event and it is your responsibility to ascertain whether the Event has been cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of any conflict about the size of a refund, Hypedge's decision is final. Applications for refunds should be sent, along with your Confirmation, to Hypedge Network India within 10 days from the date of the cancelled Event.
  11. There may be more than one awardee in a particular nomination category.
  12. The award title, certificate, logos, images, trade names, trademarks, and copyrights are the intellectual property of Hypedge Media.
  13. The awardee will be given a right to use such intellectual properties, however, any misuse thereof may hold the awardee liable for damages and/or other penal action.
  14. The decision of the management in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms and Conditions will be final and binding on the nominees.
  15. The management reserves the right to, at its discretion, withdraw amend or add to the Terms and Conditions of these awards at any time. Any dispute and/or relating to these awards will be subject to the Judiciary in Jaipur.
  16. By participating in these awards, all the nominees agree to abide by and be bound by all the terms and conditions. All the nominees are advised to understand all the terms and conditions and also review the same which are subject to modification from time to time.
  17. You accept these Terms and Conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of all attendees included in this booking. You undertake to ensure that all attendees are aware of and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
