SheInspire Magazine established the Women Changemaker Summit & Awards to honour women whose vision, courage and leadership are creating measurable change. From transforming industries to empowering communities, these women are redefining success and inspiring a new generation of leaders. Spanning all four zones of India—North, South, East and West—the summit creates a powerful platform to recognise women's achievements, amplify their voices and celebrate the impact they make.

In Tamil Nadu, the summit brings together an inspiring collective of business owners, doctors, educators, artists, working professionals and community leaders. Their journeys may differ, but they share a common purpose: to challenge conventions, create opportunities and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

The event features thought-provoking speaker sessions, insightful panel discussions and open conversations on leadership and change. Beyond the stage, it creates opportunities for meaningful connections, shared experiences and collaborations that can turn ideas into action. The Women Changemaker Awards stand at the heart of the celebration, recognising women whose dedication, achievements and influence deserve to be seen, heard and celebrated.

Guided by this year's theme, “Leading the Future: Women at the Forefront of Change,” the summit explores leadership, entrepreneurship, wellness and the evolving role of women in business and society. It celebrates not only milestones achieved but also the determination, resilience and purpose behind them.

Behind every remarkable achievement are years of hard work, difficult choices and perseverance that often go unrecognised. These awards bring those stories into the spotlight, honouring the women behind the impact and connecting them with a community that understands the journey.

To every woman in Tamil Nadu who has dared to lead, had the courage to build and found the strength to keep moving forward—this is your moment, your recognition and your stage.
