Navaz comes with  25 plus years of work experience in various fields like Brand Building, Corporate Social Responsibility, managing complex Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Raising, and handles multitude of activities that assist in further strengthening the Company's Brand Image. During her eventful tenure, Navaz has worked in Multinational Corporations like ACC, Patni Computers, MegaVisa Marketing & Solutions Ltd., ICICI Venture Funds Management Co. Ltd, 3i Infotech, eMudhra, MoneyOnMobile, Celebration Films, PayInc Private Ltd. and, is currently associated with Kreynero Advisory LLP, in the position of Chief Executive Officer.

It's imperative to applaud and celebrate her contribution and her significant positive impact on all the companies she has been associated with so far. Navaz has left an indelible mark with her never-say-no attitude; in all her  associations, not only with her seniors but, also with her peers and her colleagues at all levels.  Each organisation she has touched upon during her career progression, fondly remembers her, for her unmatched vibrancy, dedication, positivity and her passion for work.

Challenges and Accomplishments: 

Navaz has great interpersonal as well as effective problem-solving skills and, is often sought out to resolve complicated issues by senior management and colleagues at all levels. With her exceptional negotiating skills, her seniors at ICICI Ventures used to fondly mention that Navaz's emoluments  outweigh the savings she brings to the organisation, with her negotiating prowess ! Her passion and her connect with the Brand she represents and fondly promotes, is unmatched.

Navaz holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai, majoring in Entire Psychology. She also holds various Certifica- tions in Effective Internal and External Communication, Public Speaking, Executive Assistant, Media Management, Crisis Management, Investor Relations, Personality Development, and Emotional Intelligence, along with being qualified as an IRDA Insurance Specialist which she persued during her stint at Tata AIA. With her varied experiences holding senior positions at reputed MNCs, Navaz has always created a valuable niche with her excellence and in-depth understanding of the job on hand. In fact during her stints at various MNCs, it is noteworthy to mention that the HR Dept would ask the new joinees; (as part of their induction process), to initially spend time with Navaz and understand from her what the company stands for and, for also gaining an insight for effectively handling important calls and for interacting in-person meetings with Partners and Clients.

During her career progression, Navaz has served in various leadership positions. She has been the Head of Corporate Communications at ICICI Venture Funds Management Co. Ltd., Head of Public Relations, HR & Admin at MegaVisa Marketing & Solutions Ltd.,  AGM - Global Marketing & PR at 3i Infotech, Head- PR, eMudhra, Senior Advisor at Tata AIA,  CEO at Celebration Films, VP- Corporate Communications at MoneyOnMobile, Head  PR at PayInc Private Ltd, to name a few and now as CEO at Kreynero Advisory LLP.

Navaz's efforts and contributions have been greatly valued and applauded and have brought her laurels, with various leading Institutes and Magazines. She was recognised with the "Award for Excellence in Business Development & Growth Communication" at the CorpComm Vision & Awards 2022 Summit.

Navaz was also recognised as the "Most Influential Financial Services and Marketing Professional", at the Financial Services and Summit and Awards in 2023.

She was once again  honoured with the "Most Influential Financial Services Marketing Professional Award", for the second consecutive year at the World Marketing Conference & Award during November 2023. 

In 2023, The Business School Affaire also elected Navaz to be a part of their Elite Jury, which included Senior Stalwarts from across the country; to judge Management Students of 23 Major Pan-India Management Institutes.

Lately, Navaz was further celebrated with the title of, "Woman Personality Of The Year 2024 Award" by, I Can Foundation and hypEdge Media, on Women's Day on March 8, in Goa.

The Ongoing Journey: 

Navaz's journey started very early in her life as being eldest she was keen to support her family income. She fondly reminisces joining as a temporary under-age Management Trainee, which stands out as a powerful narrative of hard-work, resilience, purpose and responsibility ! Navaz also fondly recalls with immense gratitude the investment made by the MNCs she was associated with, for facilitating Education Subsidy and for corresponding Study Leave, which played an invaluable role in her career progression and her professional growth.
