What keeps her going

 Dhanashree is the owner and principal of Richmond International Preschool. With 13 years of experience in the field, Holding a B.Ed and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, she has always been clear about the path she was meant to follow.

What motivates her is the bright smile on child’s face it is the trust that parents’ places on her hands. And it the quiet, powerful joy of knowing that even a smallest effort can shape a child’s future in a meaningful way. In a world that often chases big milestones, she finds the purpose in the small every day moment that most people overlook.

Challenge she faced

 Running a preschool is not simply about teaching alphabets and rhymes. It means taking responsibility for a child’s emotional growth, their sense of safety. She does not shy away from the weight of it, instead she grown stronger because of it.
