TARANTISM®: When Movement Becomes Memory
“Follow your passion. It will lead you to places you’ve never imagined. When your heart leads, the journey feels meaningful.”
Personal Insight: Growing Up with Rhythm as a Language
For Trupti Shah and Bhakti Shah, dance was never an extracurricular activity—it was a way of life. They stepped into the world of movement at the age of five, long before dance became a profession or a brand. What began as childhood joy slowly grew into something inseparable from their identity. Dance was not something they did; it was something they lived.
Over the time there passion grew alongside them.Nearly two decades of experience both the sisters now stand behind TARANTISM®,a thoughtfully crafted named after dance experiences, From moving in large scale events to small intimate celebrations, their work add emotions, meaning and love to moments that matter
Career Journey: When Passion Quietly Became a Profession
There was no single defining moment when Trupti and Bhakti decided to “make it big.” Their journey unfolded gradually, built on consistency, commitment, and love for their craft. The turning points came unexpectedly—when families and organisations they had admired from afar began reaching out.
Requests arrived from well-known names: JSW Group, Bajaj Group, Mahindra Group, Travel & Living, and prominent families from business and creative circles. Actress Madhoo’s family, the Mariwala family, and others entrusted TARANTISM® with their most cherished occasions. None of these connections came through aggressive marketing or shortcuts. Every opportunity arrived through word of mouth and the quiet credibility built through years of honest work.
“It still surprises us sometimes,” they admit. “People we never imagined would know about us found us—and trusted us.”
That trust became both validation and responsibility.
Achievement Measured in Emotion, Not Applause
For Trupti and Bhakti, success is not counted in numbers or accolades. Their most meaningful achievements are fleeting, emotional moments—when an event concludes and they pause to look around. A mother wiping away tears during a daughter’s wedding performance. Children laughing mid-routine. Families holding hands, fully present in the celebration.
“The smiles, the love, the satisfaction on people’s faces—that’s everything for us,” they share. Knowing that their work helped create memories others will carry for life gives their effort purpose beyond performance.
In a field often driven by visibility, TARANTISM® remains grounded in emotional connection. That, for them, is the real reward.
Challenges: Choosing Grace Over Struggle
With Lots of Blessings and Gratitude, they defined their journey not so challenging, but ofcourse no event unfolds without last minute stress and changes with technical adjustments, timing restraints or sometimes creative tweaks. But instead of running away they approach these moments with courage and calmly, looking after them as a part of process rather than hurdles.
Working together as sisters for so many years has taught them balance, patience, and adaptability which comes from lots of preparations and mutual respect and understanding
Values That Shape Every Step
At the heart of TARANTISM® lies a simple, uncompromising principle: quality must never slip. Every client hires them based on what they have already seen—and Trupti and Bhakti take that seriously.
“No compromise,” they say firmly. “Our goal is always to deliver better than what the client expects.”
With utmost joy and happiness they keep on moving forward deeply fulfilling after watching months of planning come together. Looking at our clients dream unfolding into exactly how they dreamt gives them immense pleasure and motivation to work even harder.
Every event teaches them something new of its own, it pushes them to think differently everytime or choreograph creatively with personal growth. This continuous learning keep building their growth and work fresh.
Creating Balance in Structure
Despite the demanding nature of event-based work, Trupti and Bhakti maintain balance through disciplined time management. Their approach is practical rather than idealistic—prioritising tasks, breaking work into clear segments, and reserving time for personal commitments.
“It’s not complicated,” they explain. “Once you organise your time properly, life becomes simpler.”
This clarity allows them to show up fully—for their clients and for themselves.
The Season of Now and the Vision Ahead
Currently, wedding season keeps them fully immersed in creating once-in-a-lifetime memories. Their days are filled with rehearsals, choreography sessions, coordination, and creativity. It is intense but deeply satisfying.
Moving ahead their desire are deeply engraved in growth , not in expansion, They aim to continue evolves personally and professionally, contributing meaningful work that reflects their values.
As they put it, they want their work to feel as good from the inside as it looks from the outside.
A Message That Moves Like Dance
Their philosophy is best captured in their own words:
“Follow your passion. It will lead you to places you’ve never imagined. When your heart leads, the journey feels meaningful.”
To young women stepping into creative fields, their advice is grounded and honest—stay humble, remain open to learning, and accept criticism as part of growth. Mistakes will happen, and that’s okay. What matters is maintaining the quality and integrity of your work.
“Dream it. Believe it. Dance toward it.”
For Trupti Shah and Bhakti Shah, dance is more than movement—it is memory, emotion, and a lifelong conversation with joy.
