For Neha Arora N, India’s leading Senior Living, Co-living & Residential Interior Designer and Founder of Neha Arora N Interiors, design was never the plan. It was a quiet hobby tucked between a demanding corporate career in communications and employee engagement at leading tech MNCs. She designed for friends, helped family with décor, and never imagined that those “small favours” were rehearsals for something much bigger.
Today, with over 20 years of professional experience, her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Good Homes, Femina, The Times of India, and several other national platforms. A global panelist, speaker, National Pickleball Champion, dancer, and stage show director, Neha moves through multiple worlds each with the same signature confidence.
But her story truly began with a risk.
When Passion Quietly Becomes Purpose
There was a time when co-living was still an emerging concept in India, a friend approached her to design a 100-room co-living space. It was meant to be an exciting side project. Nothing more.
What followed was unexpected.
She found herself completely immersed walking through sites, curating details, imagining how strangers would live, breathe, and belong in those walls. The project became a resounding success. Service providers visited to study it. Businesses began calling her. Commercial projects followed.
And almost without announcing it, she had become an interior designer.
“I would come home thinking is this real? I get paid to do something I love, and it doesn’t even feel like work.”
She left her corporate communications career behind, not recklessly, but decisively. Sometimes life doesn’t need a five-year plan. It needs courage in the moment.
Adding ‘Pixie Dust’ to Four Walls
Neha’s design motto is simple yet evocative: “All you need is four walls and a whole lot of pixie dust.”
To her, pixie dust isn’t fantasy, it is intention. It is storytelling layered with sensory detail. She believes a space should not merely look beautiful; it should transport you. It should feel immersive. It should tell a story through texture, light, sound, scent, and emotion.

In an era obsessed with hustle culture, Neha chooses balance.
“Life isn’t meant to be all grind or all glamour,” she says. “It’s ambition and amusement. Boardrooms and brunches. Discipline by day, delight by night.”
She values fierce building but also fierce celebration. For her, success is not a title; it is a lifestyle. One that blends friendship, freedom, travel, love, purpose, and prosperity into one bold, beautiful narrative.
This philosophy extends beyond her business. She has been creating bucket lists since she was sixteen, dreaming intentionally, ticking goals off one by one, and adding new ones without hesitation. That habit of deliberate dreaming has shaped both her growth and her confidence.
Strength in Softness
Neha openly challenges the stereotype that glamour and grit cannot coexist.
She disagrees with the notion that fashion cancels fierceness, or that elegance dilutes edge. To her, women can be sweet and strong. Chic and capable.
As she shares, “Empowerment,” “means the freedom to be exactly who you are without apology and without fear.”

When asked what she would want the younger generation to learn from her journey, her answer is direct:
“Live life your way, Darling. You will be judged anyway. So you might as well live in a way that makes you proud and truly happy.”
