The school’s vision is to nurture a generation that will lead the nation with clarity, confidence, and a strong emotional foundation. Aditis Silver Bells School is preparing the students for the Military School Entrance Examination and the Sainik School Examination. A core aspect of their philosophy is the development of emotional intelligence (EQ), as she believes that emotional strength and the ability to process one's emotions are key to personal and academic success. This article delves into her life and tells her what motivates her to open this school.

Introduction:

Aditi Rathore is the founder, principal, director, at Aditis Silver Bells School. She completed her graduation from Sophia Girls College, Ajmer, and MBA from MITS, Laxmangarh. She founded her school, with a commitment to provide holistic education to students and a vision to nurture a generation that will lead the nation with clarity, confidence, and a strong emotional foundation. Their curriculum is rooted in Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligence(MI), emphasizing experiential learning and practical approaches rather than rote memorization.

Her journey as an educator began in 2016 when she founded Aditis Silver Bells School. From the outset, she knew she wanted to make a difference in education, though she had little idea that she would be opening her school so quickly. The school has grown steadily, with the students excelling academically and creatively, earning recognition. She believes that “One of my greatest achievements has been raising emotionally intelligent and confident children”.

The school's unique approach stems from her own experiences as a student. Aditi was determined to create an educational environment that addressed the challenges she once faced, ensuring that the students not only enjoyed learning but also developed a solid understanding of the concepts. She added “By focusing on EQ, we aim to cultivate emotionally resilient individuals who can navigate life’s challenges with a positive mindset. They aim to raise a generation of leaders who think critically, understand their emotions, and have the inner strength to thrive in a rapidly changing world”.

Aditi personally counsels parents and students, helping them navigate the challenges of parenting and childhood. At Aditis Silver Bells school, she has integrated a comprehensive program that includes meditation, affirmations, and visualization, starting with students from Grade 1 to Grade 5. This has given remarkable results, students have not only shed their limiting beliefs but have also developed tremendous confidence and positivity.

Aditi’s journey of becoming such an influential leader is inspired by three people: her father, Sudha Murthy, and Dr. Gulam Ali Kamdar. Her father taught her the importance of staying calm and composed in difficult situations. She added, “His guidance has been instrumental in shaping my approach to leadership, particularly in how I strive to help others reach their goals while maintaining personal happiness and balance.” Suddha Murty taught her simplicity, her intellect and philanthropic nature have always inspired her. Dr. Ghulam Ali Kamdar, taught her to be grounded, calm, and positive, handling challenges with a smile. His approach to life and work has taught her the power of positivity and perseverance, lessons that she applies daily in her career.

Challenges and Achievements:

Aditi Rathore personally counsels parents and teachers. The biggest challenge she faces in working with parents is that some parents are often unaware of the impact their words and actions have on their children. While counseling parents she realized the need for reprogramming the subconscious minds, and from there she started her own venture.

She hails from a traditional Rajput family, and with the support of her family who is constantly encouraging her to achieve her dreams and add values in lives of people, she is able to shatter the rigid beliefs some people still hold, advocating that a woman’s role should be confined to the home and family.

She is leading a team of 21 females who is working diligently to bring positive changes in lives of students. She believes herself to be a constant learner of life and that is subsequently reflected in every team member she has. She always encourages every woman in her team to take up stand for themselves signaling a positive shift in their mindsets making them more confident.

To summarize, she said “My greatest challenge is shifting the perspectives of both parents and teachers, helping them to embrace a more open and mindful approach to parenting and personal growth, and fostering a more balanced and progressive mindset for the betterment of future generations”.

Talking about her significant achievement, she said when she helps someone in transformation by uplifting their energy so that they can achieve their goals is one of the most fulfilling accomplishments for her. The teachers at her school are prime examples of this transformation. Over time, under the guidance of Aditi, the teachers have grown into entirely different individuals with a new positive mindset compared to when they first joined. She added, "Their personal growth, increased positivity, and ability to achieve their goals have been some of the remarkable achievements. Their success is my success”.

She is also proud of her students and believes the transformation of these students is also her achievement. She added “Watching them overcome their limiting beliefs, particularly in overcoming their fear of public speaking, is a deeply gratifying experience”. Every time any student steps onto the stage and speaks with confidence, it feels like a monumental achievement for her. Students’ journey toward breaking barriers and embracing their potential is, for her, a testament to the power of reprogramming the subconscious mind.

Aditi Rathore has received several prestigious accolades in recognition of her work in education and innovation. She was honored with the Most Innovative Curriculum Primary Regional Award for her contributions to reshaping the learning environment with practical and experiential pedagogy. Additionally, she was bestowed with the Nari Shakti Samman Award, the Edu Icon Award, and the Women Achievers Award, all of which celebrate her commitment to empowering young minds and fostering emotional intelligence in students. Beyond these awards, she had the privilege of participating in numerous panel discussions at prominent conferences and online where she shared insights on education, emotional intelligence, and the role of the subconscious mind in child development.

Bringing about positive change in the lives of others, whether it's by uplifting someone's energy or simply putting a smile on their face, is my greatest motivation”. The trust, love, and gratitude she receives from the people she helps are her greatest rewards. Knowing that she has made a meaningful impact on their journey is what pushes her forward each day. Impact and Vision:

Aditi's leadership style is both decisive and inclusive. When it comes to decisions that directly impact the welfare and development of her students, she acts promptly and confidently, without hesitation. However, she strongly believes in collaborative decision-making, and she always seeks input from her team before finalizing any course of action. Their insights and perspectives are invaluable to her, and she makes it a point to encourage open dialogue. There have been occasions where she has reconsidered her decisions based on their feedback, which she believes is a hallmark of strong leadership.

Aditi Rathore is currently working on two projects- the preparation of students for military school and her life coaching program “Subconscious Reboot”. Her first program is focused on preparing students for Sainik and Rashtriya Military School examinations. Her goal is to enroll as many students as she can in these institutions. She believes that these institutions are helpful for their personal growth and also they can significantly contribute to the nation. Her second project is her own Subconscious Reboot program, which helps in making positive and lasting changes in people’s lives.

Talking about her future goals, she wants to create a positive impact on both women and children. Secondly, by the end of 2026, she aspires to help 2,000 women achieve their own goals, recognize their lives as a blessing, and embrace self-love and acceptance. Through her Subconscious Reboot program, she is committed to bringing about meaningful and lasting change in the lives of individuals by helping them reprogram their subconscious minds, break limiting beliefs, and unlock their true potential. Her ultimate vision is to create a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment that influence both present and future generations.
